Insolvency Case Manager
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience within the insolvency industry
- Partly or fully CPI qualified. You’ll certainly take your professional development seriously.
- Competency managing CVLs and MVLs through pre-appointment, progression and closure
- Effective working with team members and the ability to inspire others
- An ambitious and entrepreneurial outlook – you’ll want to go far with us and in return we’ll prioritise your development.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing regular progress reports to office holders
- Adhering to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and policies and procedures
- Compliance, including updating third party compliance documentation for use by the team
- Team training where required
- Case Management communicating on a variety of matters, preparing engagements and issuing to directors/clients, reviewing case diaries and ensuring information up to date, Investigations and asset recoveries.
- Monitoring case progression and attending/arranging team meetings
- Preparing and/or reviewing and amending case related documents such as progress reports, statement of affairs, SIP6 reports, proposals, final reports etc
